Scene From Moe.Down X. It was the third year I attended this festival and I remember each one fondly. This was the year it switched from Snow Ridge to Mohawk, NY. Special thanks to my friend Lucia Bonsack, whose photos were instrumental in helping me put together this composition
Denny Morreale is a 2007 graduate of St. Lawrence University and is currently living and working in Canton, NY. In the years since graduating, he has undertaken an informal process of self-study, drawing heavily from the resources of the Owen D. Young Library at SLU. His background as a History major has carried over extensively into his work, which focuses on the subjective experience of time and place. In essence, his work embraces its role as ‘primary source’, and seeks to contribute to the mythology of the communities which participate.
